- I bought this book after hearing about it on Instagram. It's a beautifully photographed and written book about a breed of dog that has been persecuted against for its boxy frame and misrepresented over and over again. These dogs are lovely, and have proven to be gentle giants that are loyal to their humans. These dogs are our legacy...we need to be kinder to those that have been misrepresented...whether they be dogs or humans. Choose to be KIND is the message of Sophia Gamand's book...spread the word far and wide. EXCELLENT book that you will leaf through again and again.

- You can pour over Sophie Gamand's beautiful photos of pit bulls in flower crowns for hours and read their (mostly) heartwarming stories of the adoptions she facilitated with her amazing art. Warning though, not every ending is happy.
